Our Story

Creative Dialogues was started by our CEO and his daughter after he was providing Behavior Support Services to our population. He saw there were opportunities for our individuals to be happy, particularly by using positive behavior support. Since 2018, Creative Dialogues has been a trusted provider, dedicated to providing quality and compassionate care and supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. We strive to help individuals fulfill their rights to living Everyday Lives. We believe in having fun, emphasizing the importance of community integration, supporting family relationships, and living the best lives we can live. We are not perfect people, but we try to be our best every single day. We take pride in being kind and understanding to our individuals, our staff, and our colleagues. We view our individuals and team as family, considering the personal needs of everyone. Our vision is to be the leaders among the best providers in the state!
